To augment my craft,  I keep a keen eye on the work of contemporary neuroscientists, cultural critics, philosophers, and psychologists, as well as artists and tech innovators. Additionally, with a formal education as an artist and writer, I reinforce the cultural arts during sessions to further spur creativity and non-linguistic thinking,  --- particularly for those employees who may not have experienced a liberal arts educations.
